to be a moderator you have to reach profreerider(unless we pick you for any special occasion ) to be a high moderator you must be picked by a admin or an high moderator to be a admin(phat chance!) you must do a trumendous amount of contributation to this site and VERY VERY trustworthy(phat chance!!!!(theres no way!!!))
